Well this is my 200th post! About time I wrote an intro then I guess.
What can I say, Hi everyone!
I've been spinning for ages on and off, but I've only really taken it up in the last year. I do Poi, staff, toss and contact juggling, and I’ll try out anything I can!
At the moment I'm devoting all my time that I’m not at work (and most of the time I am at work) to helping Dunc with PLAY.
Anyway, that's enough for now,

Have you been in Cornwall lately? My Dad said he saw some spinners at his station and one said they knew Guy and I and was wearing a top hat and was from Cambridge - was it you? How weird!
