Hi there, I have been trying a simple trik called the cross and follow (or something of that sort of name) and it is meant to cross on two sides, but I can only do it on one, can anyone give advice on techique etc.?

I think you are referring to what I call the weave (I could of coure be talking complete rubbish, but hear me out, smile )

Have a look in the free lessons at the top of the page, there are detailed instructions on a number of moves, this being one of them!
