This is more of an experiment in using flash to stream video..the spinning isnt fancy - its amazing how out of practise i am after spending the winter sat on my sofa! Be interested to see if it works (especially the preloading bit which im not too sure about!). Just click the link..

The small t.v .set was a nice touch,

You can't avoid pain by fencing yourself from it.
Some times you need the help of others more than anything else
But you have to let them close enough to help......
People want to be needed, I found that out too

Good, glad it works...Yeah, i know the quality is awful, going to try and get that sorted. Has anyone else had problems with 'jerky' video when capturing it? i blame my slow pc....

yeah Ive had problems with the final render coming out jerky on premiere because of antivirus and firewall software running in the system tray. Now I always end all non essential processes using the task manager before a final render. Took me many many hours of frustration to work that one out smile

its all down to the memory you have free on your system, like josh said, if you have lots of things running in the background on yoru machine (ie in the sys tray) then you will be low on memeory

but it can also be that your computer is to slow to do it right

computer have to be fairly shote hot to be effective rippers and encoders these days
