Hello all,
i am new to the world of poi (about 3 weeks now) and enjoying beating myself with them... that is the point isnt it?? to my staisfaction i have managed to master a whole heap of moves by myself including 5bt weave, and nearly btb weave and reverse 5bt weave. but always looking for people to help and give advise etc...
aaanyway, im just about to move up to brissy (been in melbourne) so wanting to meet some new people into the things that i am (namely poi at this point in time). i will be up there feb-ish at this stage.
so i thought i might show my face and say hello to you all

shen shui- you little post whore you *grins* yes, i have to admit i have been neglecting my poi studies *hangs head* i have been a bad bad phaerie... but at least i havnt been neglecting it completely... i have still been going to our wonderful juggle jam session every week
so much wonderful love going on there ! 
starpoi- thank you thank you!! !should you ever want/need anything designed let me know and i will have a go, always willing to try and create art for others, always has so much more meaning when you are doing it for someone else rather than just doing it yourself!
The Tea Fairy/house_of_mill- thank you for the welcomes!!! as for how did i learn so fast?? well when i first started i was doing close to 5-6 hours every day because i had heaps of spare time... but then i moved and i became really lazy and my learning curve nearly flattened... if it wasnt for the wonderful Ry then i would never learn ANY new tricks.

brisbane is wonderful, so much love and light to be shared with everyone! BIG thank yous to everyone
as for the special water... well there is special water, but i cant share its secrets or it wont be special any more because then everyone will know about it!

Ry- BUT i am loving brisbane.. as it is opening the door to meeting lots more wonderful beautiful people i guess you will always miss a place when you have lived there for any length of time.. the people you meet, the places you have special connections with etc etc. but *grins* im loving bris all the same!
