Posted:I'm looking for fire poi with double wicks like the ones here (not the monkeyfists), preferrably with VERY cheap delivery, like on HOP, I would've bought from HOP, but I REALLY hate wires.

and what does the HoP store have to do with wires? confused

Do you mean cables? if so, just email the store and ask them to how much to build you a chain set with double wicks - it isn't like they can't make a special order I'm sure - might take a bit longer, but I bet you anything they'd try to do it for you.

Posted:i had a spin the other nite with 3 wicks on each poi. damn heavy but uber cool.

there's a little screwy thing going across the bottom of my poi onto which you can hook extra chain & wicks. you can attach as many as you like.... if you're arms are 7ft long.... ubbloco

Posted:Yep, 3 wicks is about the limit of what I can spin - I find after moving around a bit, the floor's got so much paraffin on it, it becomes slippery (and before you ask, that's AFTER draining them for 5mins and spinning off)!

I've found 2 wicks give a much more fluid feeling - they're not so clumsy. Having said that, 3 wicks does look pretty good.

Posted:We have monkey fists with extra bolt for hanging additional fire heads. Cathedrals with extra links will also be available in the next few weeks.

Posted:Try it on four foot stilts then, four wicks, on four foot of chain, heavy etc, but the eight foot circle(s) look impressive
