This may sound stupid but I'm just a newbie, Being a slightly health concious person, whats the best fuel for low toxicity? I heard aviation fuel?

Bees wax
Grain alcohol
Maybe Biodesiel
Many fuels we use are hydrocabrons, natural, but toxic.
Remember, fire is bad for your health too, so is smoke.
