Just a quick hello.
I've only just started twirling and am scouring the Internerd for information, seems like there's an awful lot to learn, can't wait to get stuck in.
Any advice on where to start? I've had a pop at the basics and a butterfly, where to go next?

I ate it all, hence the definitely NOT bigger and stronger thing! I should really start working out again!!!!
