So I used to twirl a bit in NYC at random parks where the tourists were a plenty, and I used to make a decent amount of spare change doing it... I now live in this wanna-be pit of a city called the Washingtong, District of Colombia... it sucks...
I went twirling in Dupont Circle earlier today trying to make some cash to get home with for my little sister's sweet 16 and made like 13 or 14 dollars in like 45 minutes. For a small crowd on a Wednesday night that wasn't too bad. I most definitly could've been worse off... but I'm still curious if there are any better spots around in the District where you can take advantage of stupid tourists and not get chased away by Federal Park Rangers.
The fact that I twirl for tips is another post.. don't rip on me about it on this one please.
