I'd send a hug too but the court said that I can't walk to within 50m of anyone under 14 years old.

I feel for you [big hugs].

I left my practice poi in the back of my friends car so now I have to practice with my fire poi. You may all be thinking that this is perfetly alright but bear in mind that I don't get the oportunity to practice much so when the weekend comes I tend to do 3-4 hour practice sessions. On top of this I'm a weedy little 10-Stone weakling so spinning heavy, big wicked (ie the wicks are big, not sure on the s.p.) fire poi gets really tiring.
