The reason why I started with Poi, well I live with the gorgeous BamBam and she got me into it, she said she wouldn't live with me if I didn't learn oooh that girl can be harsh sometimes!!

am in a sulk cos my boss is actually making me work today....b*stard!
Lolli - how was yesterday? Did you make it home in time? And yes, my arms are a little sore today....
I'm going to try to go tomorrow to Spitalfields - but probably won't get there till after 9pm...bummer...
