The reason why I started with Poi, well I live with the gorgeous BamBam and she got me into it, she said she wouldn't live with me if I didn't learn oooh that girl can be harsh sometimes!!

I was thinking more along the lines of doing a forward rota isolation turning to reverse and then swing into the hyperloop followed by a double twisting neck wrap somersault with a princess courtesy to end.

Ok the Hels of the Bells did it again
I came home to the flat after a weekend away and what did I find?? Helen with poi (again)......... 5 hours later and about 20 new moves Princess Helen is still at it!
