Hey Everyone...
Just a few quick words to say hi and to introduce myself a little..
Well, im a 21 year old female who lives in Brisbane Australia but hails from Masterton in New Zealand..
I have been playing sticks for the past 7 months now, my friend Allie taught me and I love her for it. My fav toy is the short staff, although I have recently bought a new stick that has a lot more length on it and its been interesting to use the two... I also use poi and devil stix and can juggle like a demon...not... I work for an insurance company by the day but during my spare time I work in a lot of mystic fairs doing readings with tarot and palms and auras and such...My fav book is Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas by Hunter S Thompson...and also a book Im reading at the moment called "Crossing Over" by john Edwards the medium guy off the telly... The highlight of my life to date was running into The Tea Party after their brisbane concert and hanging out with the drummer Jeff Burrows for beers... That was great.. I saw Tool play the other night and I can say without a doubt that the concert was one of the best I had been to in a long time..go if you get the chance...

hey chicken!!
looking forward to catching up! so your based on the gold coast? well, 20 odd engo students are driving up in 2 x 12 seater vans, on the pretense of industrial site visits - which take about 2 hours of the entire day, leaving the rest of the afternoon free!! ill let you know when the itinery is out. we are staying at a backpackers in the brisbane city, so if we are not driving anywhere that evening it will be easy for me to steal a van and drive over.
what nights do you guys meet up for a twirl. would be good to have dinner then a twirl?
btw, my signature is actually a song lyric by a melbourne based band called augie march- one of my fav bands. the singer, i would be willing to debate is the most talented lyricist in australia - big call i know. none of this ABAB rhyming crap- this guys is a poet - the images and metaphors he invokes are amazing. very deep stuff.
the entire song is called 'heartbeats and sails'

Well, Sunday nights are the best for fire (unless angry 14 year old boys show up and try to bash me...) you can have tea at our place and all types of wonderful gold coast stuff like that... ohhh Im excited now lalalala

The flight back was 'orrible
We had hardcore turbulance and people were throwing up and I was gripping the arm rests until my knuckles went white, and saying "Im ok" mantras.... woohoooeee talk about scary stuff...

hi dearie!
hope you sleep well and your head stops hurting . feel about the same myself, but still have too much work to do. at this rate ill have a mid life crisis at 21!.... if only i had enough money to afford a motorcycle....
anyway, itinery is out for the super happy fun road trip. we are leaving sydney on monday, spending the night in bryon, then up to brissy on tuesday. hows wednesday evening for you? [1st oct i think?]

Oh i see! yes i know punch buggy i just haven't played it in so long i didn't make the association. Never heard of slap wagon tho!
studying design - majored in photography but do a lot of graphic design - web sites, interactive cd's, print based layout stuff. Lots of fun! Hope the actual job is as much fun as uni was but somehow i can see myself ending up doing a lot of corporate logo type stuff very uncreative most like!
But one day i'm going to free-lance from a laptop from whichever country i happen to be in at the time and sell my travel photos for extra cash!
I like this place and willingly could waste my time in it – As you like it
