the best thing about going to work today:
having an appraisal (grilling) with no mention of a pay rise (is this wrong...?) and then coming out of it to see numerous posts from your friends flaunting the fact that they are neither at work nor forbidden from juggling until 5:30 and are in actuality being lazy at your very own house and probably eating all your cake (if they're smart enough to find it).

Don't ya just love work sometimes. I was in work at 8.30, in the pub by 9, had a full english breakfast by 9.30, had my first vodka at 10. 3 vodka's 2 G&t's and a budweiser later back at work to show willing for an hour, then back to the pub!!
