He's since said he won't be at the BJC because he can't afford the vacation time to do so.

There is also a chance he'll be in TX at the end of May, but there are no definites on that one yet.

OK, I REALLY need to get my head out of the gutter. I totally thought you meant 'staff' as in long thin item that's spun about (being "Home of Poi and Staff spinning) and that sentence had a TOTALLY different meaning. eek

Well, shall we go?
Yes, let's go.

Mand gets home on the 3rd or 4th of April, and will be home about a month? We've not really figured that out yet.

That is a very good question. I'll probably be ready for a vacation in there somewhere, but we have no set plans...What I see happening is me flying over, spending time and bringing her back to the States.

It means a nerve-wracking wait for me after I've gone through immigration as I wait for her, but, that's ok...oh wait...they have a new international wing! Forgot about that...

As Kim says, I get back in the Uk on about 3rd or 4th April.

I don't know exactly when I'm coming back here, because I need a new passport whilst I'm back home.
Unless we're planning trips with people, my plan was to wait until they gave me a new passport, and then book a flight for in a couple of days time.
The passport agency estimates at around 3 weeks to obtain a new passport, at this time of year.

Mornin' Spitfire,

I could so make a hobby out of reading people's introductions on this forum!

Also, between you and Mand, you've probably got all the outdoor activities covered!

I'm with you on Amelie- probably caught it about 7 times now, 3 of which were in the cinema biggrin I managed to step, not too long ago, into the cafe in Paris which they used as set- bit of a pilgrimage.. Too crowded to get a coffee though..

And you should know..when is the next megatsunami btw? Like the one at Lituya bay.. smile
