VT!!!! hug A good brisket sounds absolutely great. Too bad I can't get a piece of one here, because I'm sure not going to cook one for just myself. umm You changed your name! When did you change your name? Are you back in the states for a while? How's the family!

Hey Pat! hug I think I need a jerry or at least get the jw stocked. But it does sound like you need to stock the jerry with more interesting fare.

How I be doing? Way to busy. Between training someone here at work and having to get a part time job, I'm hardly ever on line anymore. Someday I'll get my life back.

Well Bek, you know how life can get in the way of things. As it is I left the house at 7:00am and won't be getting back until midnight. This is going to be a very LONG day.

Pat, things to go in the jerry. Chicken and dumplings, chili, pears, ravioli, vegitable beef and bailey soup ... umm ... I'll have to think about it some more but those are things from the top of my head.

Pat, all that stuff I can get right off of the grocers shelf. I've had all of that stuff and it doesn't taste like crap, but maybe you don't get the brands down there that I use. umm Actually the chicken and dumplings and the ravioli are local companies that don't ship out of the area. Sorry.

Bek, your Grandpa is just plane strange. Now it would be different if we were talking about oysters or clams. Ummmmm goood! I know that I need a break but it won't come until after the holidays. I'm hoping that everything will be straightened out after the holidays, then I'm going to take a week and work my day job and do nothing at night, not even going to a dance. I need some time to recoupe.

I need to start making major batches of fudge, since everyone likes it that's what they are getting. I've been thinking about Divinity but then that would require me to by a candy thermomitor and I just don't have the energy to go out and get one. My place is completely decorated now, minus the tree. No reason to have one when you live by yourself and there really isn't any room for one unless you majorily rearrange things.

OK guys, let's face it. Unless it's just bad cooking, nothing beats a home cooked meal.

Awww...poor Gidg!!! hug

I've gotta go and have some extensive dental work done starting in January...
The combo of 2 kids, 5 surgeries, and about 6 months of crushed ice cravings (whilst pregnant with the last kid) did a pretty good job of weakening my teeth up, so I need to have something done with them...don't know exactly what just yet... eek...but if they give me enough drugs, then I won't really care...and as long as they fix them up all nice and 'purty.'
Like this... biggrin
