hey there, just been looking on the net on the offchance of finding tips about poi, and i stumbled across this beautie! such a brilliant site, well done!! i started playing with poi about six months ago, great fun! i think one of the best things is the way when people see you playing, even if you're crap, everyone loves it and wants a go too! tried real firechains last week for the first time and loved it but was not sure how long you're supposed to soak them for could somebody tell me?thanksmay

Hello new kid. Welcome to the greatest site about spinning and such.First things first. There's a Search function above. Please use it.Also, there's pages and pages of archives in the Technical Discussion section. I urge you to look there as this question (and many others) has been answered there.Good luck and again, welcome. Hello, I know that, well I think you are supposed to soak your wicks for around 5 mins on the first try but then I think you just can just dunk them, anyways Welcome to HoP!F_S------------------Where there is sorrow I seek the Flame - Rumi
