OK OK OK! I have been teaching myself poi for several months now and looking though the HoP website everyone seems to use the "Beat" word.
I DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT IT MEANS
Can someone pleeeeeease tell me what it is.
I dont know any official moves - i just mess around until i find something that looks good and then i recreate it.
