Haven't quite got the mortgage, all went unconditional last friday and we take possession (or the bank takes possession of US) on the 30th.
But that still doesn't answer my question... So what exactly is Patricks living situation now (although I believe I have a fair idea)...

Responsibility I can handle, especially as it's in a house we've been renting for three years already, and in a very sought after area of Auckland.
In fact, we were renting there because I thought there was no way we could ever buy in the area.
The sad thing is I've taken a new job (at a 1/3 more pay!), but will working til 5pm instead of the 4:15pm i've become used to the last 4 years. So less time with the kids before they go to be bed, especially on high traffic days. ---
But fi the jo works out, I won't have to do as much performance work on the weekends and evening to pay the mortgage, so it will all swing in roundabouts...
PS, if Patrick can't answer the questions in time, I"m sure you could...

Great to hear from you... Life is crazy at the moment, re two preschoolers + love of my life, plus new job which I quit from afer 3 weeks, plus back at old job while looking for 2nd new job + home retail business + performering + organising balloon jams all over auckland...

Thanks guys. Sorry i haven't trpelied earlier, been teaching and balloon sculpting all this long weekend (including my birthday).
Did 6 sessions per day of 25 people teahcing them to make 3 sculptures in a mall, so over 3 days thats 450 people I've taught to make balloons!

Ok, life is busy, but I really miss you guys so much, just doing moderating and all the behind the scenes work, so I am now going to be on the boards a lot more socially from now on.
Perhaps not making 40 posts a day like some people with only one job and no kids, but definitely around a lot more.
Let's see if there is anyone still around who has posted in here, and to all the new members who haven't seen me around much...

Boith kids have just gone to sleep (just got back form a Pakistani Wedding, capital W on purpoase as there were over 500 guests! But still 2.5 hours past both the kiddies bedtime...
It wasn't Punk the Clown was it? She's pretty cool and buys balloons off me... :-)
