Stop the War Demo
www.stopthewar.org.uk

When: Saturday 28th September
Where: 1pm Embankment
Why: Stop an unjust war from taking place.

Anyone else comming to show the UK goverment that we don't believe in war for corporate gain?
We should have learnt that we made a right fucking mess of 1/3 of the world the last time we went empire building, and we want to stop the USA doing the same by installing currupt puppet dictators.

The PM has also recalled parliment for a debate on attacking Iraq (should really be a debate on wether the UK is just a puppet state of the USA... but we all know the answer to that one. )

Let your MP know you would rather spend your hard earned tax on the NHS, crime or helping the people of Iraq, but definatly not killing them. Try the great service provided at Faxyourmp.com for an easy way of contacting your MP.

Should be a great day for entertaining all the happy people :-)

it 6am and I still have another 1.5hr of night shift left.....

Ok so maybe the guy in charge of their country is upset with us at the moment, it doesn't give any jumped up power crazed mad bastard the right to go to war.
But it has given him a fekkin excuse and he's taking it.
He couldn't go to war with China, he's losing public opinion over the Kyoto Treaty, so now he's got some support for something he's venting his anger (Mr Bush - BTW)
I don't like the guy, he's scarier than Hussain is, and he's got 100 times the weaponry.
I get the feeling we're gonna get dragged into summin fekking nasty here and Blair is the biggest wanker on planet earth if he think we'll be happy to follow the US in, just coz we alwayz do...........

I'll be there if I'm not hiding somewhere or it's already too late.......

*bump*

I don't know what the setup near Embankment will be on Saturday but I reckon the spinners going should meet up there, lets say towards Cleopatra's needle on the park side of the road? Being the tall chappy I am I should be easy enough to spot and if there's room we can spin poi or something.

Just a small point but did you notice that when both Bushes have been in power there's been a war on Iraq?

You think Bush senior is saying "Go on son, it's fun, drop a few bombs on somebody, no one can touch you, just send in some planes and kill a few people and when they retaliate, send in the army!!!"?

whats up with all the limitations?
