I've just got the 3 beat weave behind the back down (ish). I've found the best way to get to grips with the slightly harder moves is to practice the different elements on their own, straight, then smoke loads of weed and put it all together without thinking about it too much. So, build the neural pathways and then allow them to connect to each other without too much interference.

*Oh, just for a minute,* my bed said. "Don't lie to me," I grumbled. *But you're so tired...*

Posted: yeah nice idea - I am really struggling to get the behind the back stuff sorted it seems that everything is in really awkward planes when I have tried so far - want to try and crack it before my beaming balls arrive and I start causing myself serious injury!!

Behind the back stuff shouldnt be sooo daunting... Have you tried simple behind the back stuff? eg butterfly behind the back... Undertucks? Both sides?
I am running into problems doing two different weaves behind the back... The standard 3 beat behind the back (backwards) and the weave behind the back which runs in front of the body and then goes behind the back... I can kinda get it on one side but I dont get how to take it to the other side.... Any suggestions besides trying to train my hands to move that way? Oh... Can anyone here thread the needle backwards? Much love, drome
