Do this but face the camera and go from forward to backward on the side facing the camera.As you go from forwards to backwards lower your arms to your waist then as you go backward to forward bring them over your head, if you keep your arms locked straight you will get a giant windmill effect. Circles within a larger circle.Eddie

Posted:Yeah, definetly a good looking move. Also, try doing the same thing while turning around 360 degrees. In other words, while the poi are on one side of you carry them low, and as they travel to the other side of your body bring them up high.
