Yo dude... I meant it when I said I only managed the contact poi propellors (?) by watching you at Falmouth! Need to get some counter weights for my poi. Cheers mate.

For a moment I thought I thought of a quicker route from 'Dancer in the Dark' to 'American Beauty' but it was the same number of moves so I erased the post! frown

You DID know that 'Dancer in the Dark' is my favourite movie don't you?

Pretz and Asena: I'm really glad you got something out of the workshop- it was something of a revelation that it went so well- I think there were only 2 or 3 that really struggled once I had gone over it a few times. As for the circle, I still struggle to think how we kept at it for so long! It must have been about 5 minutes? 10?? I dunno, it was nuts and very silly- perfect Play moment biggrin

Dave: Keep playing with the contact- I'm totally inspired by Laura's contact poi workshop and I'd love more contacty spinners to work with biggrin

No, I honestly didn't know that Dancer in the Dark was your favourite film- I need to see it properly, though unfortunately I know what happens at the end frown

Nat: I got a great deal of pleasure watching you get all excited about throws- I was just the same when I first started getting them, and believe me the smile will no leave your face anytime soon biggrin I look forward to playing more soon hug

Mel: oh yes indeedy hug

Yeah, the water game I think (Stallwart'er ? wink)- I reckon the next version should have drops intead of plods- but then i can see it all evolving per game anyway- spanks and rain are only kinkilliy connected tongue.

I had much fun playing with you as well- you've become a very creative and multi-talented young lady and you gave me lots of cool ideas to play with- I look forward to doing it again soon biggrin

Yes Chutney.

The low bass thing DEFINITELY worked on me! Could've been the weed though or the swirling ugly cinematography of the dirty seedy underground gay fetish club that made me sick (enough to put ANYONE off gay clubs for life! I'm sure the scene with the fire extinguisher had something to do with it too...)

I see your point, just not sure I can stomach it (but then I've seen far too many real grim videos that it may even pale into insignificance...

Doubt it though..

You could own the next Chutneywagon!

Chutneywagon mkII

(Please note I'm not trying to get anyone to buy my car by linking to it here).

If I could compare the Rover to Actors who played James Bond, it would definitely be the Lazenby Chutney mobile (capable but unloved), the Renault having been the Moore (camp, sort of endearing but ultimately crap) and my current steed is the Dalton (does all the right things, but ultimately will never be the favourite.

Hey Dave

How's stuff going with you my dear boy? I thought to myself the other day that I couldn't remember whether I'd shown you the ridiculous stall I came across while I was in France (This was a long time ago but I'm crap so you'll just have to forgive me). Imagine 1 up 1 down stalls in front of you in wall plane (any variation you like), now try this behind your back! I keep remembering it every so often and keep getting annoyed with myself for not being able to do it! Help me my master
