"Shop reacts quick for any requests. There is no long time delays or waiting. Event in minor cases there is no problem at all. I remember, that one time they sent me replacement for Dragon staff, while it wasn't working properly. Second time they resetted my acccount to previous state, so i was able to shop again. (because of credit card service bug). After all - don't be afraid to ask for help. The stuff are all very friendly and helpful."

My most recent purchase, however, had a defective LED poi head. I contacted HoP asking for troubleshooting advice or how to start a replacement claim.
