They told me to wait until a certain date and indicated that if my order hadn't arrived by that date, to contact them and they would send out a replacement order. My order didn't arrive by that second date either. I contacted Home of Poi again. They sent out a replacement order right away. In the end, one by one, I received both orders. I informed Home of Poi when each arrived and was thrilled when I was told in the end to keep the replacement set instead of going through the arduous (in my mind's eye) task of returning the replacement set, which would have been at no cost to me. 25th October, 2018 Single Sirius PX3 Smooth Handle Juggling Club I see why they get so much praise "I got one along with PX4s and can't choose a favorite. KNOB - They have almost a pencil eraser texture that really helps them stick to whatever you might balance them on. Shape is spherical (other knobs may have cone or cylinder shapes). HANDLE - PX3 has a wrapped handle, PX4 has a plastic mold with lines to simulate the taped pattern. Both feel great. PX3 seems to bend easier and is a little bit louder and higher pitched when catching. I find the PX4 is a little softer to the catch, the whole club absorbs the impact better, and at the same time feels less spongy and more durable. RING - The middle ring on the PX3 is sorta like hockey tape. PX4 has a plastic ring that protrudes a little bit and has a roundish bevel. BODY - Both seem to be the same. Solid, lightweight plastic, will develop scratches but will not dent easily. CAP - Both have similar material as the knobs, PX3 is rounded and taped while PX4 has a flat edge.
