They told me to wait until a certain date and indicated that if my order hadn't arrived by that date, to contact them and they would send out a replacement order. My order didn't arrive by that second date either. I contacted Home of Poi again. They sent out a replacement order right away. In the end, one by one, I received both orders. I informed Home of Poi when each arrived and was thrilled when I was told in the end to keep the replacement set instead of going through the arduous (in my mind's eye) task of returning the replacement set, which would have been at no cost to me.
