I've not been spinning long, but i'm loving learning everything (except how much it hurts when it all goes wrong). Most of what I've learnt has come from the tutorial videos on HOP and practice.

Hehee! It gets easier once your muscles get used to it. Theres a few that rarely get used. For a while I did HEAAAAAPS of poi and I got a really interesting looking physique out of it as a result. Oddly well rounded it was, nothing too overworked but a look of lots of effort. (even though it wasn't cos I got it purely by accident!)

Lol. Interesting as in it looked like I worked out, but it also looked like I didn't. The scary thing is how fast it happened... Even my face in the mirror felt like a stranger staring back at me.
