I did and so many friends and friends of friends have had it. I wouldn't wish it apon anyone

Yup, I'm off work with it. Woke up at 3.30 AM on Boxing day with it, and it's completely taken me out. Grr....

not flu just a really bad cold, my temp was so high I was hallucinating....I actually convinced myself that someone had managed to stop time so that I wouldn;t be able to take my next dose of beechams cold and flu tablets :s

i had the full head cold thing the week before but wrestled it into submission by Friday with 'natural' remedies (echinacea and hot toddies
), then woke up on Saturday with "£$%YG cystitis! OK for Christmas tho.Much more worserer, my sis got the cold, it's gone onto her chest so she's not been able to come up as planned so haven't seen her and 2 neices

Yup, me and Ben both got ill. I got ill on xmas day and Ben got ill on Boxing day. Still not completely over it, it was horrible.

Me too, not flu, but a nasty cold all over boxing day and last weekend. Feeling better now, except for the prolongued smoker's cough.
