hello everybody. i live in seattle,wa and started spinning about 5 years ago, when i saw this awesome guy doing it at a festival i was volunteering at. i started spinning fire about 2 years ago, and have yet to light myself on fire!(although maybe a little burn here or there)
i am also a percussionist and do animal rescue. i go to crazy places like new orleans and crawl around on my hands and knees trying to rescue pissy animals that are trying to eat me. oh, and im a full time college student. and i live with my grandma. and im single.

thanks everyone for the big HOP welcome! it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy to know that there are so few true spinners out there that you all are happy that i'm here. just slightly kidding.
i am trying to get some kind of spinning group together in seattle or thereabouts in a few weeks. so if anyone is from WA or the Portland area and is interested in a little bit of travel and a lot bit of spinning and fire let me know! anyway, im here to meet hep spinners so send me a message and (when im not working,inschool,drumming,spinning) we can be pals!

Cheeva, I'm from down Portland way but finances won't let me make the trip. I have heard rumors of a spinning community up there, they just don't communicate through HoP.
I think there is weekend night spins happening at Golden Gardens Park in Ballard. That might be a good place to connect up with people to practice with.
