Whats there to do in terms of fire spinning? Anyone want to meet up sometime and find out?

I'm in the Cambridge Community Circus, we meet on Sunday's 6pm on Parker's Piece during the summer. Though no guarantees that anyone will actually be there unfortunately...

We do loads of different stuff, I like to balance people:

there is also static trapeze, unicycling, contact juggling,

granchester meddows is a bit out of the way, and tough to get to, so Llamas land would be best i think, or if there is enough of a crowd Jesus green (although Misdummer common is quite big too), COME ON ALL YOU OTHER CAMBRIDGE POIPLE WHERE ARE YOU????

well aparently the jesus green ones arent on anymore, but we are gonna start meeting every sunday (well im not there this week but LazyAngel might be) on Parkers Piece, so its convenient for everyone (trains and busses) come join in, the more the merrier also check your PMs

Looks as if it may be only me, this Sunday 2 Oct! But I may still go for a quick whirl. Would be interested to know which side of PP other people usually go for fire. I have twirled fire before on north side, ie about half way along Parkside, as that is nearest for me... but partner in fire that time has now left Cambridge.

Fire Station is not far from the traffic lights where East Road, Mill Road, Gonville Place and Parkside roads meet at the corner of Parkers Piece.
Swimming Pool is another landmark.
