Not really...at least not in this part of the country...and actually, we're more of a country of beef and chicken...and pork, of course...but lamb is just not something that's as common... shrug

Lots of meats are like that...and not many are very good once they do...only one I really like once it gets cold is fried chicken...and it's almost better that way...
