You'll definitely want to work on stalls as well. Those are a crucial component of lots of routines, and they'll help make transitions between moves much easier.

good glow pulsates more noticeably than earlier version
"This is the second of these balls I bought (the plastic loop broke on the first one I owned). These are nice but they visibly pulsate while swinging giving a strobe appearance. I didn't notice this on the last ones I owned. Still they're bright fairly soft and weighted well."

Durable light balanced
"I got this as my first poi set using the poi chooser tool on the houseofpoi website. They feel very strong and have thus far withstood a significant amount of use and beginner's abuse. I can hit myself with them fairly hard without injury which I consider a positive. My only complaint about them is that the tool called these medium weight but they feel quite light to me. This notwithstanding I enjoy them very much."
