not so good for beginners but they are fun...
"these flags are good for people that know more about them and how to move with them. i recived them in the mail yesterday and started spinning right away! they are really light and i hit them together A LOT...WAY different from poi. the orange are SUPER bright under the black light the pink looks nice too but it not near as bright as the orange. over all they are a cool new toy to add to my collection maybe i will get the hang of them soon!"

love the GLOW BALLS
"as soon as i got them out of the package in the middle of class everyone wanted to see them. i got a couple of lanyards and clipped the glow balls on the end and BOOM poi! my teacher was dying see me spin he killed the lights and put on some theivery corporation and the whole class was impressed"

i love them!
"spinning with the sock poi were way different then the chain poi. i liked the fact that the sock poi didn't hurt so bad when u hit urself! LOL they are a deff buy if ur just starting out or if u want a cool show under the black light!"

Great DVD!
"i learned how to do the butterfly and spin behind my head i also learned how to properly hold the poi. can't forget to mention getting to see Sage spinning fire watching her spin never gets old. i loved the DVD and would recomend a beginer buying it. only thing i didn't like so much was the lady was kinda hard to understand some times"
