i actually got a chance to play with the luxotica fire ropes at their booth at shambhala a month ago, and theyre actually quite nice. a little bit long, but they give a great burn

my light balls are about 50 grams, and my fire heads are about 160 grams, but i also use some super heavy ones for training and muscle building. i picked up some 2 pound fishing weights...
