It's also great because you have so much room to move along the pole, and get so much momentum you hardly have to touch it at all!

I had a go at this a while ago; got a 5ft curtain pole and taped my fire poi to either end of it. I hence nicknamed it: Insanity Poi, being quite insane! Haven't tried it for quite a wh...
