went to the dollar store, bought some balloons rice and knee high socks, and voila! I love them they spin very evenly and are great for isolations, i am having my grandmother hem them up so that they will be sewn together and look a little nicer, they also look great in blacklights

Good idea! Maybe some tennis balls would work also like the balloon with rice.
I have some HoP sock poi and there are tennis balls inside. Other than that, I think I might buy some different colour panny hose and sew them up.
