Posted: Use a heavier Poi or the heavier one you have cause you can slow down the movent a bit, always straight your body, straight your arms where it's possible, clean up everything !

Posted: i kind of think cleaning up is an ongoing thing for everyone and my heaviest poi are my cones which i love spinning with but i cant add weight to any of my others without tearing the stitching as i like really heavy poi

Posted: I posted this on the video itself, but I think if you shorten the sock poi a bit it will help to clean up some of the moves you did with them. Specifically the CAPs and the Pendulum stuff.
