(but on a more serious note - if you're travelling you don't need a flat and hopefully one of your flatmates can do all the househunting for you?)

I need to either find a new group of people to move in with, or move into an already established house with people I don't know...I definitely prefer the former, but I think the latter is the one that's more likely to happen.
