Hello

wavehello

hmmmmmm what to write about me as an intro.....damn its make or break time. First impressions are so vital. Oooooo the pressure.

I'm living in South Wales but originate from Essex (No I don't own White stillettos and No I'm not an Essex girl!). I don't bite, I do pinch, I love chocolate and I one day plan on learning lots of stuff I can't do yet.

Hobbies:- include juggling, balls juggleand clubs , Diablo, poi, doodling, music, hating housework (dust is natures way of showing what the burglars have stolen), making things, pulling things to bits (mainly to see how they work) , embarrassing my nieces and nephews (great fun hobbie that all aunties should take up), hugging trees and talking to bees (watch out for the squirrels......they ARE out to get you!)

Ambitions:- Never to grow up. Learn how to burn things safely ubbangel To that ends learning how to poi without stunning myself, blacking my eye or turning myself into a human torch. Learn to play more than one tune on the guitar. Rule the World. Learn to Surf. Conquer my fear of heights. Travel the world in a van with a man named Bob ("why Bob?" you ask...well why not Bob? I'm sure there are loads of nice men called Bob out there! Simons and Johns need not apply).

Boring stuff:- work in sales to pay the bills.

Sorry to disappoint you but there was no boiler suit action at all. Just me in a hot sweaty state, swearing a lot at the machine and the cabinet! But its done now and 2 wash loads later I'm guessing its ok for a while.

memo to self:- get a nice boiler suit to pull up over my legs using the arms to tie it at the waist and a white vest on the top half just to fulfil molly and ado-p's handy girl fetishes

Hmmmm why do I always have to look up how to spell fulfil? it always looks wrong. No matter how hard I try to make a word picture of it in my head it never works *sigh* the joys of dyslexia

2nd memo to self:- stop bloody swearing so much you foul mouthed pseudo-welsh girl

Pigtails I can do....... not sure about the wire though. I think that would annoy the hell out of me!

I just remembered a conversation I had at Gayles last week. I'll not post most of it because it was a bit rude for the PG rating but why is it if you ask a woman who or what kind woman do you find attractive (not the words used at the time but they will do) a woman will answer with someones name or a type of woman they find attractive where as if you ask a man what kind of man they find attractive the go all odd and start insisting they don't find any men attractive (obviously this doesn't include men that are gay)? Is it some sort of sexual insecurity or is it because of something else?

i have an answer for that.

i'll rite it monday though as i am finished work and not getting paid to post anymore.

i'll say this though. alot of them time i cannot for the life of me distinguish between two acctractive guys.

so you've got to categories. ugly guys and all the other ones who 'dont look to bad'

in my entire life i've seen maybe three guys that i thought were very good looking.

I'll more or less second what Ado-P just said.

I actually used to play a game with myself (sometimes still do!) that I called "who would my sisters like?", and if I am trying to evaluate whether aguy is good looking or not, I usually have to resort to this game again. It is based off of the guys my sisters dated (they are both older than me) and hearing comments they and their friends made about other guys.

I have a variation on that game called "who would I find attractive if I was gay". Having not spent as much time around guy-watching gay males as I have around my guy watching sisters, this is a little more challenging, and I have to reach a bit further into my imagination.

Without those games, then I think my evaluations would be about the same as Ado-P's - ugly guys, "not bad" looking guys, and maybe a few actually good looking ones over the years (and most of them have been gay!).

Only thing I can really add to that for the games above is an evalution of their fitness level, personality, intellegence, creativity, and charisma (which can be really hard to estimate unless you have talked to the guy for at least a while). Really the best I can do is say which of my male friends I would probably find attractive if I was a woman or if I was gay (which, I must admit, is not always the same thing). It isn't a homophobia thing, it is just a lack of interest or something like that.

If a woman stops and says "oh god, he's hot!" - I have to stop, look, conciously think about changing my point of view to approimate hers as best as possible, and then try and see what she is talking about - and even then there is a fair chance I won't see it.

I don't think guys have the same visual cues that women do - at least not that other guys can easily and conciously read - unlike women for other women.

Now what I would really like to know is, how similar is my mental game to the process women use for computing male attractiveness?

I think, like men, different traits attract different women.

What attracts me often changes radically (in appearance stakes anyways), but there is always an element of something different in that person that will keep me interested biggrin

I do tend to be drawn to very intelligent men though. I guess I hope some of it will rub off ubblol

I agree with Firepoise.....there's always that something that attracts me to someone. It's not dependant on looks, nor specifically personality. Just something

You don't wanna be too excited, you might wet your knickers on the train (or in Sarah's car! :O )

As for the ironing, I'm not so sure about that, after all, the game never got completed, so technically you didn't win! tongue

Not sure Skully has the 'iron' will required to be a slave master though...
