i will probably be doing a few more of these so i will just bung em all on this thread biggrin

Inversions :

Sorry i didnt label the moves on the vid! i might re-do it at some point when its not 1 in the morning...

1 - inverted buzzsaw aka weave barrel rolls
2 - turning from fw to bw inverted buzzsaw (i seem to miss out the last invert on the way back!)
3 - notcoleman3 (i think)
4 - atomic invert 1
5 - atomic invert 2 ( a mix of notcoleman and atomic invert 1)
6 - butterfly insides
7 - butterfly barrel rolls (not got it going the other way yet)
8 - butterfly insides and barrel rolls mixed!

all the above can be reversed and mixed together, i messed up on a few but you get the idea, also im sorry i missed off inverted hybrid, crosser and stalls cos im a numpty.

pendulums :

1 - basic pendulum
2 - top carry
3 - pendulum weave
4 - pendulum carries with direction changes
5 - UTL
6 - OTH
7 - antispin pendulum thing
