Im getting sick of doing stalls to change planes and came up with this. Looks a bit gash but you get the idea!

oh and sorry for the semi nakedness, radiators in my house are either off or on full

Can you do that move with your chains unlit?
I find I need the bounce to help re-accelerate the poi after a spiral as pulling on the chains to get the poi going again is kinda hard on the hands so I do a sort of "yoink" motion with that transition to move from wall to ceiling plane.
The only "problem" I have with spirals is....sometimes I end up with the hot eyebolt sitting on top of my index finger and if I've committed myself to changing planes with my spiral, then it can result in a nastier burn that just bouncing them back into wallplane.
