You need to find someone to show you and be a support when you first start. They can stop you falling badly and crunching your neck. Contact a local gymnastics club or find a local HoPper that can help you.
Practice on soft grass or a sprung gym floor with mats. that will save your wrists, ankles, knees, shoulders and head from getting too damaged.

I'd love to help, I did gymnastics for 12 years and I'm actually a qualified instructor, but Leicester and London are a bit incompatible...
Skully covered just about everything, best thing would be find a gym club. Warm up lots before you do this, as it puts quite a strain on the joints, and also you may want to wear wrist or ankle supports. Backflips kill your wrists, frontflips do in your ankles, and watch out for your neck above all.... Happy flipping!
