Meast is defenetly one of the best contact staffer I ever met .. & surely the best French one
I've never seen in my life, somebody learning that quick contact staff & doubles spinning, and beeing that good !!

I was really impressed by your technique. Really smooth. I also love the beginning of part with the hands in the pockets.
What I'd love to see from you in the future was a video with more concentration on body movement and posture. Something more like a routine instead of just freespinning.
