I know this mite not sound like much but it really upset me.
i was round my friends house yesterday and a few other of my friends were there. we were all chilling in her garden and i had brought my poi along so i thought id get some practise in.
after i had finished practising one of my friends boyfriends said it looked really cool. Then my friend (the one with the boyfriend) said " oh yeah im gonna start doing that cuz i reckon i could do it and it looks quite easy so yeah im goona start learning"
that comment made me feel really small and as i said before it really upset me.
i know its not much but i thought id tell u guys about it.

I kinda agree with that, and I dont think its harsh. Why waste time with people who just keep pulling you down. I had bad experiences with friends who rejected me because I had different interests (they were like barbie dolls, no offence, & I liked sports). I stuck around hoping they'd change but in the end I was stabbed in the back and left alone. It was something I learned hard, but Im glad coz now Ive got the craziest bunch of friends who I love to bits!
Dont waste time with people who are jealous of your talent and find ways to bring you down. You'll just land up unhappy in the end.
Hope I havent offended anyone or said anything harsh

That sounds to me that she's trying to be something else other than herself. You know, trying to fit in the crowd.
As for the music thing, that actually ticks me off. No one should diss people about the music they like. Everyone has their own certain taste and no one should be ripped off about that. She obviously has major issues!

yeah thats exactly right, the thing is she does everything in her power not to fit in with the crowd and be 'alternative' because she thinks its cool, not because she actually wants to dress like that.
i mean i think i dress d ifferently to most people, i wear alot of tie-dye clothes and stuff like that and i have turquiose hair but to me thats normal, i dont dress like that cuz i think its cool, its just how i am, and i certaily dont take the mick out of people that dress differntly and have different tastes than me.
i hope that doesnt come across as big headed or cocky, its just hard to explain

Unless you clear the air the Hobbit is gonna be a bit tense. All I want is relaxedness, I'll admit I bitched about you at the beginning of the year frodo but I've got passed that now. I'm getting bored of grudges they don't help anyone let alone the people that hold them. Your not that bad when you get to know you but you do have a few rough edges that can rub people the wrong way.

I also had a bit of a tiff with a friend last night. He was a bit rude to me so I told him, but in a joking kind of way. He got all upset & thought I was serious. So right now I'm so mad at him, but it will pass. I also think I was in the wrong. But I cant stay mad at him, he's an absolute sweetheart
I dont think youre getting too worked up. You are just angry & thats ok. Look, its a cool thing that she wants to learn, but she needs to show you some respect, and be a friend
