alright, this is the most awesome recipe i swear!

i am a shake fanatic now, and love to experiment, this might not seem delicious, but i swear it is.

makes 3 glasses:

in a blender put ~

3 bananas
1 container of coffee yoghurt
3-4 tablespoons peanut butter (somewhere around there)
1/2-1 cup soy milk
couple splashes aloe juice (optional)
1/2g or so of ginseng powder (optional)
12 ice cubes

this is so incredibly yummy and good for lords and ladies bodies!

The amounts of ingredients are a bit hit and miss with this one. It's one of those recipes that changes slightly everytime i make it. The basis stays the same though so I'll tell you that.

1 large onion
handful of mushrooms
1 red, green or yellow pepper
3 or 4 medium sized potatoes
butter
Salt and pepper
some fresh herbs
1 pint of vegetable stock

Chop vegetables, cube potatoes. Melt the butter in a largish saucepan and then gently fry the onion, mushrooms and pepper until soft add potato cubes and fry together for few minutes.

Add vegetable stock, bring to the boil then let simmer for 30 mins.

Stir in herbs and (bizarre but true) crush all the lumps of potato with a masher in a crushy stirry motion - far easier than using a blender. Simmer for another 10 minutes.

Pour into bowls and stir in a little cold milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with crusty bread (optional).

That's the basic recipe. You can change it anyway you like. It's really simple but very tasty (i think).

I found her!! and I've sent the picture to Cantus so he can post it for me, because I am poo and don't know how.

I have a recipe. This is my favourite meal and I have promised to make it for Cantus when I see him. Mmmmm...food

Chicken and Stilton

Skinless Chicken Breasts (how many depends on your appetite - I manage 2!! hehe!!)
Potatoes
Unsmoked Bacon
A block of Blue Stilton
Brocolli
Morello Cherry Jam
1 Glass of Red wine (pref. a Cab/Sauv)

Mmmmmmmm.....

POTATOES: Peel and cut these first as if to make mashed potatoe, and start them immediatley. They should take 30-40 minutes to cook.

CHICKEN:
1) Slice into the chicken breast sideways, and make a flapp, in which to put the cheese.
2) cut of small piece of the stilton and stuff the chicken (how much cheese depends on how much you like it)
3) fold flapp of chicken back over it.
4) Take 1 piece of bacon, and wrap the chicken breast, so to keep it all secure as it's cooking. Wrap it diagonally.

Place the chicken in a non stick frying pan on a medium/low heat and cook slowly. Turn the breasts every 5-10 minutes. They should take about 30-40 minutes to cook also.

Put broccoli on as soon as chicken is done, as this can cook as you prepare the sauce.

SAUCE:
Using the same frying pan that you cooked the chicken in, add 2 table spoons of the morello cherry jam.
Leave this to melt down.
Once it's thin, add the glass of red wine.
Mix together and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes.

By this time all things should be cooked: the potatoes mashed, broccoli drained, and the chicken on a plate waiting to be scoffed.
Serve and eat. Drink the rest of the bottle of red wine with the meal, and buy 2 extra bottles for more fun! Enjoy!

Yes ofcourse. You won't be allowed near the kitchen if we stay. I'm going to tie you to a chair and make you eat whole orange groves until you are so fat you explode........
Only joking!!!!!!

I'm not sure where to get my fairy. On my hip bone maybe? on the right side? hmmmm....me no sure. I don't want to get it on my back, as it won't be symetrical. I have this THING about symmetry.

Vegetable stock is just ' a vegetable stock cube crumbled/melted in boiling water' a pint of.
You can get veg.stock cubes in packs of 8 from super markets normally. they make soups taste yummy

Oooh, could post my bootiful Lentil Soup recipe too....

Dibs' most beautiful LENTIL SOUP recipe

1 large sauce pan!!! (because soup rules and must be made in vats!)
1 Onion
1 large Carrot
1 Potato
250g Red dried split Lentils
2 tablespoons of marg/oil
salt
1 veg stock cube
Boiling water (1 pint or more)

Instructions:
1)Chop the onion anyway you please. I usually dice it. Peel and then grate the carrot.

2)melt marg in sauce pan and add onion and carrot.mix together. Cook for 10 minutes on medium/high heat (with lid on) stirring occasionally.

3) peel and grate the potato. Add this to carrot & onion. Cook for 5 minutes. Lid on. Stir occasionally.

If vegetables begin to stick to bottom of pan, turn down heat and add a tiny bit more marg/oil.

4) Crumble 1 vegetable stock cube into the sauce pan.

5) add the lentils.

6) Cover all the mixture with boiling water. Make sure the water level is approx 2 inches above the ingredients. Mix together.

Bring everything to a 'simmer'

Simmer everything for 40-60 minutes with Lid on, (stirring every 5-10 minutes)

Season with salt/ or pepper and eat with the finest crusty bread and slices of nice cheese.

YUMMY!!!! and it's perfectly suitable for vegetarians.

Hmmm....tattoo tattoo.

Right, I'm off to eat some pate on toast. ill be back later. Love you, Dibs xxx

You've got to let Cass into the kitchen, she's a great cook! However, if you need a can opener then take one with you

As to symetry I think that often where to place a piercing or tatoo dedpends upon how ou percieve your natural balance or imbalance. If your left hand side is weak then an addition to that side brings it to the fore a bit more, or it may make that side seem more awkward. Does that make any sense?

So maybe you're already in balance, which is pretty cool.

well, i was until I went breast piercing crazy. Got left one done first as that felt like my weaker side. Then due to whole symetry poo, had to get the other side done, to make a triangle with my already existing belly button piercing!! poo!!

Hmm......maybe my ankle??

Such a big decision....
