Smoke Bomb Poi?

Hey, I'm Ricky and I'm new here so hi everyone.

But to the point. I live in an area where i am the only person around interested in fire "arts", and im trying to get started. I have acouple of black cat smoke bombs i wanna try on poi. Has anyone tried this? If so, any suggestions?

Someone was talking about this a while ago... Can't remember the results. But just put a little wire cage around them, and see what happens. My guess is that it'll get so smokey you won't be able to see them for long, or they will go out from being spun.

I thought of this to. I was thinking if you used coloured smoke flares and you also attached really bright LED's AND a couple of laser pointers or laser sights pointing down it would be extreamly impressive.
