hello...seems eveyone is getting their own intro thread nowerdays and we thought that if we didnt jump on the bandwaggon, we would miss the boat.

ok then...my main toy is poi(hey thats rhymes...cool) but I also do staffing, doubles, diablo, juggling, contact juggling and Astro Jax. I havent gone anywhere near devil sticks as they are stupidly hard...and I dont have much perserverance.

It was Frosty Poi who got me into poi on a german exchange trip last october. i got the chase in 1 minute...and the 3 beat in about 5

Morning TV sucks... I'm sitting watching some kids show, I dont understand it... what does that say about me?
There is a woman dressed as a cat, jumping round and singing a song, about music, which she changed to the word Meow-sic. Very clever, its kinda catchy, shall be singing it all day now

Vix - i'll give you a word of advice which helped me and has helped my friends.
I was given this advice from a friends mum and although it sounds so stupid it does seem to work, and i have used it since.
Before you go into your test you will feel pretty nervous. It's quite a scary experience. I found that if i excused my self to the loo and when i got in there i just jumped about on the spot. This transferred my nervous energy (shaking legs, shaking hands, no concentration) into physical energy which was dispersed but jumping around. I found this made the nervous energy easier to deal with and suffered less with the shakes and concentration....
Hope that makes you feel slightly less nervous.
Good Luck. I'll have my fingers and toes crossed for you.

I went to bed at 4ish this morning as simon stayed up as Emily was leaving to goto Puerto Rico from Heathrow at 04:30. I was impressed i managed to stay up that long actually. I had set an alarm on my phone to wake me up at 08:30, to be able to text you ealry enough than before your exam had started. I had a terrible vision of me making your phone going off during the middle of the test and making you crash and fail 
Unfortunatly, due to my lack of sleep, I didnt wake up until 11:30 to find our plumbers knocking on the boat asking us if they could come in and finish off some work. which was when I did text you

I had a terrible vision of me making your phone going off during the middle of the test and making you crash and fail Unfortunatly, due to my lack of sleep, I didnt wake up until 11:30 to find our plumbers knocking on the boat asking us if they could come in and finish off some work. which was when I did text you Gayle: thats some good advice.. jumping around can make the examiner feel rather nervous and queasy though
