Asena: its a 12 and a half hour shift actually wink but its honestly not that bad. If you do work, the times goes by fairly averagly biggrin

Vixen: I thought that plan was an excellent one, and one that would work, but then I realised the problem. I work in a building where they transmit television programes from.
Theres this one *gorgeous* room, which has one tv scren/ display going from one corner, in an outwards curve, to the opposite corner. On this one screen they show EVERYTHING that is playing out (16+ channels) and all the back up feeds in case the original copy goes wrong.
Also on this screen is a BIG clock which they use, presumeably, to tell the time.
They may notice it jumps forwards a few hours as all the programs would now be out of synch with what was due to play out ubblol
....and I would have to change the time on ALL the computers too wink
but thanks for the idea smile kiss hug

Jo: Thank you for that incredibly cool dude. He also brings ice cream. I like ice cream smile

Will: Thank you, I dont know what to say smile kiss

Doc: kiss

Skully: biggrin hug2

Gnor: I like her hat biggrin

Well then, on the job front, I was offered a two and a half month contract at the same place, doing the same thing, but now Im chanign to some day shifts, some night shifts and some weekend shifts. Slight pay reduction, but thats as im not only doing unsociable hours.
I have to have a telephone interview on Tuesday at 3:30 though. They had asked me to do one straight after working a night shift rolleyes
I declined.

At least I will now have weekends free sometimes for people to visit us/ me bounce

And I have found my mum checks HOP more than I thought she did.... umm

The french called this film by the rather catchy Title: Un Jour Sans Fin. ubblol It's got quite a ring to it...

Empty your mind. Be formless, Shapeless, like Water.
Put Water into a cup, it becomes the cup, put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, put water into a teapot, it becomes the teapot.

No, it doenst feel like that thankfully, otherwise, I would actually quite enjoy it. I would know exactly what I had to do every day.
And I would know what everyone was going to say.

Im sure eventually I could think of a way to become head of the company overnight biggrin
