most all the variations i show in the video stem from the reverse butterfly but can also be done from the forwards butterfly, so learn all directions and both hands

 8th Apr 2011 3:19 AM also you can put the "drag across" part behind your head! no joke. it seems to work better with the forwards butterfly direction but reverse works too. so play with making the star vs extension, with the drag across part behind your head and play with same time opposites putting the drags across behind your head. if you want a video just ask |
