Hiya all, well, after woodford i ended up in a place called Crystal Waters, a permiculture village just past Maleny, QLD. Got to stay in this wicked little shack on top of a hill overlooking mad mountain ranges. Currently just popped into Buderim to get the van fixed and see my uncle and cousins. Almost completely unsure of what is coming next..... But the direction seems to be up, toward Fraser island methinks! but who knows. Hoping to be back in byron for blues and roots @ easter, then ??? again. Possibly melbourne and even back home to adelaide for a bit mid year? Want desperately to catch up with everyone. Miss you all. hope to hear from you guys

Regarding me having a room spare and looking for a housemate (carried on from your note in Petes thread)... I don't know what your rent range is (it's a relatively expenisive) but it's $330 for the house.. so share rent equally per person. Will Anthea be with you? I have it advertised, and originally seeking just one permant person to live in (6 month term) but maybe see what we can do. Anyway, if it's the 3 of us, it just makes it $110 per person. Fully (and nicely) furnished and can probably help out with mattrice and various furnishing items for the room in question.
The thing I would be concerned about is that if you decide to move on - I need notice and need to be able to find someone to take the room before you could vacate (at least 2 weeks), because I cannot pay all the rent in the event of not having a housemate (hence me aiming for a permanent resident to agree to a 6 month term). I know you're doing the lovely free-wandering thing at the moment which is nice but I think that could easily collide with what I need out of a housemate. But, I mean, there might be an option there providing the right conditions are met so let me know.
I also need to take bond money off the new tenant, so that my last housemate can get theirs back, and that's $650..
It's advertised at the moment, and if I find someone suitable and permanent in the meantime I will take them, although I have a couple of weeks notice before my current housemate is out and ceases to pay rent. Just as a heads up, I'm a bit of a neat freak though, so I would hope you could deal with me
