Posted:Yup. When I started ever so any years ago, I had blisters on my index finger and middle fingers, mostly index. It sucked but I put a bandage over them, covered it with duct tape and kept spinning.
I now have callouses on those fingers and rarely, if ever, get a blister.

It's a rite of passage...;)

Posted:Yup, I definitely had blisters, especially during that 2-weeks revision period of mine during re-sits for exams...had nothing else to do apart from revise so I took my sock poi spinning to the limit...the problem was, that my sock poi started getting manky and harsh because my hands got sweaty and I couldn't really wash the socks, otherwise I'd have to restretch them again... Harsh material + soft-ish skin = owwy blisters.
I just put a plaster over them and let them dry. It's much less painful than having popped it and then the skin underneath is exposed.
